help with colouring please ^^"

ummmm......I want to start to colour my pictures but I don't know exactly what programs to use so I was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction of what programs I should use and if there were any good tutorials that could help me to learn how to use the programs better. if anyone can help thank you very much.

I don't generally do this but I think you should check out 's gallery. Has some really nice bleach art but not a lot of people taking the time to comment. i'm sure she would appreciate any feed back :D
